Because you control your profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your "Profile" page, which gives you the chance to correct or update (other than gender) your information at any time by just logging in to POCO Live. When you submit a POCO live account and use our service his/her position,microphone,and phone camera shall be used upon your explicit authorization. User-generated content (also known as “UGC” or consumer-generated content), which includes reviews, texts, messages, photos, videos, sounds, code, and other information that you post, share, or stream on the App while utilizing POCO Services. Facial data, such as when you use certain features offered by us to create special effects, filters or emojis for your streaming section or pictures that you uploaded on POCO Services. However, such data will only be processed offline to fulfill the special effects, filter or emojis, and we will not use it for other purposes unless we have obtained your explicit consent or turn this into de-identified data. We also won't use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share it with third parties. By authenticating you , POCO Services can increase their level of trustworthiness and keep you safe from impersonators and fraudulent accounts. We just use the you face recognition video for verification purposes(because we want to make sure that you are not a robot), we do not store it on our systems.
Once you have created a Profile, you may choose to edit your sex, birthday, Email and other information. Moreover, we will automatically track certain information such as your IP, device information(model, system,MCC), timezone. And we also collect information about mobile operators, network information (4G\3G\WIFI). That information helps us identify your physical location so that it can be displayed and shared with other users choosing to view "nearby" users and moments. From time to time, we may allow our employees to use the product for testing and user engagement purposes. For safety and security reasons and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are not a robot!) and might ask for their phone numbers. Poco Live is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect and interact with other users of Poco Live by posting information about yourself. When using the App you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible, both by Users of the App and non-Users of the App. For example, to make it easier to find other Poco Livers and connect with them, we have allowed you to share other users' profiles or moment on Facebook. This feature can be turned off in your settings at any time. You can also use our instant message function, which allows you to communicate with other users. We recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to think carefully about the information they disclose about themselves. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers' licence details and other sensitive information in your Profile which is open to abuse and misuse. Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on you Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or any video clips that you post on Poco Live may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users. We support Facebook and Google as our partner website, you can register with there accounts on Poco Live. Remember that when you register with a Poco Live partner, you are also giving them personal information, so we recommend that you read their privacy policies as Poco Live does not control how they use their information. If you have have registered on one of our partner websites, such as Facebook, or you have verified your account via a partner website, we may connect your Poco Live profile with your profile on such partner website.
